ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
- Manage filing systems, databases, and document organization.
- Support logistics coordination and team communication.
- Assist with order processing, and other clerical tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Computer Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Previous Experience: Prior office administration or customer service experience preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs.) for filing or office supplies.
- Manual dexterity for typing, filing, and handling paperwork.
