JOB SUMMARY:
The Admin Assistant will coordinate and assist management with the move of our members household goods and personal effects. This individual must be detail-oriented and possess a strong customer service background. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills, with a background in the transportation industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced office environment
Manage customer coordination for household goods and personal effects moves
Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiently in a networked Windows environment
Maintain and organize schedules, files, and office systems
Handle confidential information with discretion
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments
Employ strong time management and organizational skills
Collaborate effectively with team members
Multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Perform additional administrative duties as required
Other duties may be assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS /ABILITIES:
Including, answering phones, typing activities, data entry, reviewing and validating customer documentation.
Customer Service skills a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent
A years’ experience in strong administrative and customer service skills.
Transportation and moving experience required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
