About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to work closely with our Operations Lead. This role is critical to our growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience coordinating vehicle moves and a passion for streamlining logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and track vehicle transportation (cars, trucks, etc.) from pickup to delivery.
Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and clients to ensure on-time, damage-free relocations.
Resolve logistical issues (delays, route changes, customer concerns) proactively.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and compliance documentation.
Support business growth by optimizing workflows and enabling scalability.
Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., Fleetmatics, TruckStop).
Knowledge of Indiana-based carrier networks.
Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics/supply chain preferred.
5+ years in logistics coordination, specifically in auto/vehicle relocation.
Experience with freight brokerage, carrier management, or DOT regulations is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Remote role: Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
Occasional after-hours communication for urgent issues.
