We’re looking for a bold, driven, and dynamic Business Development Leader. Do you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and uncovering new markets? Join us as our next Office and Industrial Business Development Manager — and help shape the future of commercial relocation, logistics, and furniture, fixtures, & equipment (FF&E) and office solutions. Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and close new businesses in the commercial relocation and office solutions market.
- Develop a high-volume, high-quality sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Attend industry events, pitch to key decision-makers, and build lasting relationships with facility managers, real estate professionals, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics in Moveware/CRM tools and drive continuous improvement in strategy and execution.
What You Bring:
- A natural communicator and relationship builder – you enjoy people and have a track record of creating winning partnerships.
- A self-starter with a competitive edge – you take initiative, set aggressive goals, and push to exceed them.
- At least 3 to 5 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in commercial relocation, FF&E, logistics, or facilities services.
- Experience responding to RFPs and negotiating profitable contracts.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
